Ghlac Rang 7 páirt i gceardlann bunaithe ar chódú, i Scoil Naomh Iósaef, Dómhnach Mór, ar na mallaibh. Bhí an deis ag na páistí fadhbanna a réiteach ar pháipéar ag an tús agus na scileanna nua TFC água Mata a d’fhoghlaim muid a chur i bhfeidhm go digiteach ar na iPadanna. Dhírigh muid isteach ar aip darbh ainm “Swift Playground” agus bhí maidin den scoth againn.
Rang 7 recently took part in an ICT & Maths workshop in St. Joseph’s, Donaghmore involving ‘coding’. The children had the opportunity to decode and solve problems on paper before transferring their newly learnt skills onto the iPads, where they were then coding and decoding digitally. We worked with an app called “Swift Playgrounds” and we really enjoyed the morning.
